Alfahnique Teigen, PMHNP-BC
I’m Alfahnique Teigen, PMHNP-BC, a Board-Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I’m so glad you’re here!
For the past five years, I’ve worked as a state mental health registered nurse and pharmacy technician in North Dakota, where I have had the privilege of walking alongside people during some of life’s most challenging times. Those experiences inspired me to continue my journey as a nurse practitioner so I could provide even more personalized care for individuals and families in rural communities. My practice is built on evidence-based treatment, human connection, and thoughtful diagnostic evaluations. I specialize in helping children, teens, and adults with a variety of concerns, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma and PTSD, eating disorders, oppositional defiant disorder (ODD), bipolar, schizophrenia, panic, substance use disorders (including opioid use disorder), and Art Accelarated Resolution Therapy.
